The third period:

And continue to eat adequate quantities of protein that are 80-60 grams per day and also drink adequate water according to the instructions of the treating physician.
 
The sick person during this period should stay away from eating bread in any form, white rice and pasta as well. 
And he should also stay away from oils, butter, and fruit and vegetable seeds.
 
But the patient can eat a lot of foods such as:
 
-Labneh.
-Diluted oats.
-Mashed sweet potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes.
-Pureed vegetables.
-Low-fat cheeses.
-Low-fat fish.
-Scrambled or boiled eggs.
-Mashed chicken or tuna.
-Soup that contains boiled vegetables.
 
Fourth period:
 
This period begins four weeks or a month after the gastric bypass operation, during which it is performed
 The transition to solid foods with the intake of vitamins necessary for the body, according to the instructions of the attending physician.
And the patient continues to drink copious amounts of water during the day, but stops drinking water half an hour before eating. This is to prepare the stomach to receive solid foods.
And the patient must also be on the protein ratio agreed upon with the doctor, which is between 60-80 grams of protein per day.
 
And during this period, Dr. Hisham Abdullah advises to continue with the system of the third period
 Puree foods with the introduction of the following foods:
 
* Fish of all kinds.
* Fruits in reasonable quantities.
*Vegetables.
* Meats that contain a lot of fat are low.
 
But the patient must stay away from sugars and foods that do not contain high nutritional value. He must also stop taking:
 
- Fried foods.
-Sweets and sugars.
-Soda and nutritional drinks.
-Foods that have more calories.
